We take pride in packaging our coffee in-house, right here in Great Yarmouth. By handling this step locally, we significantly reduce transportation costs and carbon emissions, making our process more sustainable. Every bag is carefully filled, sealed, and labeled onsite, ensuring freshness while supporting local jobs. This hands on approach allows us to maintain quality control at every stage and share coffee that’s not only exceptional in taste but also thoughtfully produced with our community and the environment in mind.
Roasting
Here in the UK, we roast each coffee bean with meticulous care, bringing out its fullest flavor while maintaining the integrity of its origin. Our roasting process is designed with sustainability in mind: we use energy efficient roasters, minimize waste, and carefully monitor each batch to ensure consistency and quality. By roasting locally in Great Yarmouth, we reduce carbon emissions from transport and ensure that every bag of coffee is as fresh as possible. Raw material
We are proud to source our coffee beans from a single origin farms in Huila, Eje Cafetero region and Andes, where the high altitude naturally enhances the beans’ flavour, creating a rich and vibrant cup. The farms are committed to fair labour practices, ensuring all workers are paid fairly and have safe working conditions.
There is a strong focus on empowering women through meaningful employment, helping them sustain their livelihoods. By choosing this coffee, we support ethical practices and celebrate the dedication of the people who make every bean exceptional.
